As a surf instructor accustomed to the beach lifestyle, having a cozy room with all the necessary amenities was a pleasant surprise.The highlight of my gastronomic journey was the traditional Portuguese tapas served at the sister restaurant adjacent to the inn. Each bite was a fusion of regional ingredients, showcasing the culinary prowess of the chef. The 'Celtic pizza' stood out as a must-try dish, a unique blend that left a lasting impression on my taste buds.Breakfast, a peaceful affair on the charming terrace overlooking the town and valley below, was a refreshing start to my days. The spread, inclusive of fresh fruit, local pastries, and a variety of beverages, set the tone for a day of exploration along the Algarve coast.Throughout my stay, João, the hospitable owner, ensured that my culinary experiences were nothing short of exceptional.
